Make this simple, no-bake Pecan Pie Bark using a graham cracker base, buttery toffee, pecans, and a dark chocolate finish. It captures classic pecan pie flavor in a crunchy candy format.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecan halves, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for exactly 3 minutes without stirring after it begins to boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt quickly.
  4. Place the graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the crumbs and stir until the crumbs are fully coated.
  5. Press the crumb mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. The toffee should be bubbling slightly.
  7. Remove the sheet from the oven. Immediately sprinkle the dark chocolate chips evenly over the hot bark. Let it sit for 5 minutes to melt.
  8. Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer using an offset spatula.
  9. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is completely firm.
  10. Break the cooled bark into irregular pieces before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute milk chocolate chips for dark chocolate if you prefer a sweeter result.
  • For a richer flavor, toast the pecans lightly in a dry pan before chopping and adding them to the bark.
  • Store the finished Pecan Pie Bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
